The days have finally arrived during these Covid times that we really bother about our health, but where were our thoughts lost before Covid, is an infection the only thing we must worry upon? No there’s a lot more. When modern era medical science tracks your blood reports and tells you what not to do. We have specific set of activities and lifestyle changes which was followed by our ancestors which made them healthy and long living. Let me explain to you, do you ever felt the necessity to drink a bed coffee or lemon tea on your empty stomach? What if i mean you shouldn’t do it if its not necessary.

This as you must have noticed, that in some people it just triggers acidity, meanwhile it does nothing more for your health other than providing certain vitamins and minerals.

If its not necessary for you, you need not follow the crowd. Have a healthy breakfast, be active all day around and you will be healthy. A drink wont do much for your daily health.

This is what i recommend, this is what we need to follow. Avoid any sort of decoctions on your empty stomach…
